Vandaglas partners with 365 Capital to accelerate growth

Vandaglas and 365 Capital announce their partnership to accelerate the company's growth as a leading independent processor and distributor of architectural glass in the Benelux market.

Vandaglas is a leading Dutch independent processor and distributor of architectural glass. As a glass processor, Vandaglas is at the heart of the value chain and has a defining role in product performance as it transforms float glass into finished products. The company offers a one-stop-shop product portfolio and serves a diverse and loyal customer base of >1,500 customers across various channels (e.g. window frame manufacturers, façade contractors, glass merchants, glaziers and painters) and different markets (residential and commercial new build and renovation segments). Vandaglas distinguishes itself through its extensive high-quality product offering, reliable service, fast delivery times and strong technical support. The company is headquartered in Arnhem (NL) and has 5 locations across the Netherlands, of which three manufacturing sites in Emmen, Almelo and Swalmen. The company employs ~250 people and generated >€70m revenue in 2024.

365 Capital will acquire a majority stake alongside Vandaglas’ management team. With this strategic partnership, the parties aim to accelerate growth in the coming years to optimally serve its customers. Key elements of the growth plan include expanding internal production capacity, strengthening commercial presence in underserved regions and pursuing targeted complementary acquisitions.

365 Capital is an independent private equity firm focused on mid-sized, well-positioned companies headquartered in the Netherlands that have strategic and operational upside potential. The firm consistently partners with management teams and entrepreneurs to jointly unlock long-term value. 365 Capital manages €440 million in assets across two funds and is currently investing out of Fund II, which holds its first close in April 2025 at ~€210 million and targets a total fund size of €250 million. The investment in Vandaglas marks the first transaction from 365 Capital Fund II.
