Prior to co-founding 365 Capital, Hayo was part of the EMEA buyout dealteam of Advent International. Prior to Advent International, he worked inM&A execution at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Hayo holds a master’s degree in Finance from the Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
