Marion started as CFO at 365 Capital in September 2021. Marion has broad financial experience in both accountancy and financial management. She started her career at EY and later moved to PwC. After 15 years of accountancy she made the shift to financial management in 2005, where she held various executive financial roles at medium sized companies. During the last 3 years she worked as independent financial professional in parttime CFO roles at small companies.

Marion has a post graduate accountancy degree from the Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
