Prior to co-founding 365 Capital, Steven worked at ING in the Leveraged Finance department based in Amsterdam, where he was involved in numerou mid-market buyouts and subsequent portfolio management, including add-on acquisitions, dividend recaps and restructurings.

Steven holds a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
